Mac McMahan and Skip McMahan developed one of the first retail strip centers in Kentucky in 1955. The McMahan family has continued to build and develop retail and medical offices over the last 60+ years.
Kroger was one of the original tenants in McMahan Center, and the McMahans have continued a long, successful relationship with them.
The McMahan Group is now owned by the siblings of Skip McMahan, DiAnne Hutcherson and Rory F. McMahan. They have modernized the company operations and grown the portfolio while remaining true to its roots.
Skip McMahan built a successful real estate company while living life to its fullest.
